2011:

Welcome to season 2011. Time to consider what we all want to achieve this year. Only one thing is acceptable - success.
Your Committee and the Football Operations Department will be doing its best to achieve success both on and off the field. We are putting structures and processes in place to ensure that we have the best personnel available to take us to Division 1.

What we need is YOU. A number of people have been quietly going about their tasks week in and week out for several years. A few have decided that it is time for a rest, and they deserve it.

Please consider helping in some way each week, either on or off the field.
The three teams all have volunteers for Team Manager positions. They are Mike Watson (Seniors), Pat Bryant (Reserves) and Gerry Maguire (Colts). If you are able to help on a regular basis - great!. If not, whatever you can manage will also help. Time-keepers, interchange stewards, umpire escorts, boundary and goal umpires (Reserves and Colts only)  are needed every week. If you are able to help, please contact any of the above three gentlemen through this website and you will be made very welcome. As one of these volunteers I can assure you that participating is great fun.

Footy camp:

The Rowville Football Club would like to thank all players who gave up their weekend to attend the club pre season training camp at Blairgowrie on this past weekend.

Whilst the training program was as tough and demanding as any ever held before at our club, your attitude and efforts were also at a level to match. This effort coupled with everyone’s input into the team based activities on Saturday afternoon and behaviour at the following team dinner on the Saturday night was one you should all be extremely proud of;  the club most certainly is. We are young BUT we are growing everyday and efforts like those that you all displayed on the weekend make it certainly worthwhile to the many volunteers around the club who are justifiably proud of you all.

Thank also goes to the Murray & Nicole from medical department along with Ray Draper and Janine Wilson who volunteered their time to assist in ensuring our players were well looked after and preparations of meals etc.
